Hilary has 20 years experience in Market Research and related fields, both on client and agency side. Her specialist areas include all types of events, pharmaceuticals and clinical care. To ensure that the research design hits the mark, Hilary likes first to meet the client for an in-depth brief that sets firm objectives. She is highly skilled in how best to structure questionnaires and discussion guides to get the most out of the research. Where necessary she will apply statistical techniques to find patterns and trends. Her reports are both factual and constructive. She personally oversees each project to ensure that it stays on course. Hilary is a full member of the Market Research Society and has a Masters in Applied Statistics. She keeps abreast of the latest research methods, ideas and software.
When not working Hilary likes to be outdoors - walking, cycling and growing fruit and vegetables on her allotment.
