OUR RESEARCH METHODS

We are flexible in our approach and are always happy to tailor the method of research to meet your objectives and budget.

We may suggest that research is carried out before, during or after your visitors have been to the event or attraction.

We offer the two major types of research:

Quantitative – where we look to quantify issues by surveying a large number of people. Methods include:

  • structured surveys using interviewers (with PDAs, telephone, clipboards or recruiting for self completion surveys)
  • web surveys (via a website or email invitation)
  • postal surveys
  • observation
