Qualitative – where we look for a deep understanding of issues from a small number of people. Methods include:
  • depth interviews (in person or by telephone)
  • focus groups
  • observation
  • mystery visitors
  • visitor diaries

Quantitative and qualitative research work best in conjunction with each other. The former may be used to quantify the results of drilling deep and the latter used to ensure that questions are being asked in the right way in a more structured questionnaire.

Reporting

Again we are flexible in our reporting to suit your requirements. Basic reporting of structured research includes charts, tables and cross tabulations. The latter enable you to see the results across important sub groups.

Full reporting provides a deeper analysis with quotes, recommendations and a personal debrief.
